The Chelmsford High School Alumni Association (CHSAA) makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, that the functions or the services provided by the CHSAA will be error-free or without defect. The CHSAA website is for the sole purpose of promoting the CHSAA as is stated in our mission and charter, and for dissemination of information pertaining to the CHSAA.

The CHSAA does not gather any information through the use of “cookies” or any other means.  (A "cookie" is a small text file which a web server can store temporarily with your web browser. This is useful for having your browser remember some specific information which the web server can later retrieve.) 

Linking to CHSAA

The CHSAA requires notification of any hyperlink to our website.  Please contact CHSAA Webmaster to inform us if you intend to link to our site.  If CHSAA has knowledge of a link from another web site, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure the other website promotes the same ideals and philosophies of the CHSAA or we will demand it to be removed.  If you find a link from a questionable website please inform us at:  CHSAA Webmaster

Linking to other Websites

The CHSAA will link to other documents or websites according to the following criteria, and at the discretion of the CHSAA Board of Directors.

1.  The document or site directly promotes the mission of the CHSAA; which is the promotion of fellowship with and among alumni and future graduates. 

2. The document or site supports the Chelmsford, MA High school community by promoting alumni interest, engaging alumni to contribute their expertise, encouraging alumni and community involvement in student programs and services, and providing social, business and charitable opportunities.

3. The document or site does not falsely mislead, exploit or misrepresent its readers contrary to the mission of the CHSAA.

If a document or web site meets our criteria, a link may be established.  Once you access an individual web site, you will be leaving the CHSAA website and, at that time you will be subject to the privacy policy of that web site.  Again, please be aware that you will be leaving the CHSAA website and we are not responsible or liable for any links leaving that new website.  If CHSAA discovers a website we link to has a direct link to a site that a reasonable person would find objectionable and or questionable, or the direct link is contrary to the CHSAA mission, the CHSAA will make every effort to discontinue that link.  The CHSAA makes no claims or warranties once you leave our site.

The CHSAA reserves the right to change its website policies at any time.
