"The Golden Lion Award" was established in 1994 as part of our Hall of Fame, this award is presented to an individual or an organization for their generous and continuing support of Chelmsford High School. Unlike the Hall of Fame Awards, this award is not necessarily awarded annually.

As of 2006, the name was changed to "The Lucy E. Simonian Golden Lion Award" after the late Lucy Simonian. Mrs. Simonian was the epitome of support for all things CHS!

The Chelmsford High School Alumni Association Hall of Fame was established in 1990 to recognize outstanding graduates, teachers and administrators of Chelmsford High School. The first induction ceremony took place in 1991. Follow the link to learn more.
